I believe that true mental wellness begins with looking at the whole person. Emotional well-being does not exist in isolation—brain chemistry, physical health, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and each person's unique biology are deeply connected.
With more than 15 years of healthcare experience, I bring an integrative perspective to psychiatric care. I am dual board-certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, allowing me to bridge the gap between medical care and mental healthcare with confidence and compassion.
At Zora Minds, I provide warm, neurodiversity-affirming psychiatric care and thoughtful medication management for children, teens, and adults. I treat a wide range of mental health concerns, with a special interest in child and adolescent psychiatry, adult ADHD, PMDD and hormonal changes, maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, and the complex relationship between chronic migraines and emotional well-being.
My approach is modern, collaborative, strategy-focused, and deeply personalized. Psychiatric care should never feel rushed, dismissive, or one-size-fits-all. Together, we will look beyond symptoms, connect the dots, and create a treatment plan designed to help you or your child find greater focus, balance, confidence, and clarity.
